PURCHASE COORDINATOR

Location: Calcutta Leather Complex, Bantala, Kolkata

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day purchase activities and vendor follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track material requirements, purchase orders, deliveries and pending supplies.
- Maintain purchase records, MIS and reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding rates, availability, quality and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production and Accounts departments.
- Conduct field visits to client/customer areas whenever required.
- Visit clients/vendors for follow-up, requirement collection, coordination and other business-related activities.
- Collect and share market/client information with the management.




- Maintain proper documentation and update purchase-related data regularly.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, FILTER, Pivot Table will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for field/client visits.
- Basic understanding of purchase, procurement and inventory processes.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.

Qualification: Graduate preferred Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
