About the Role
We are looking for Property Acquisition Associates to help us identify and acquire suitable rental properties in Greater Noida.
This is a field-based, location-specific role where you will visit different areas, identify potential rental properties, collect property details, and coordinate with our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit different locations in Greater Noida to identify suitable rental properties.
- Find properties that are available for rent.
- Collect basic property information such as rent, location, availability, amenities,
photos/videos, etc.
- Coordinate with property owners/brokers when required.
- Share verified property details with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of properties collected.
- Represent The RentHub Company professionally while interacting with property owners and local contacts.
Requirements
- Any college student / Any degree or stream can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Comfortable with field visits and location-based work .
- Basic knowledge of Greater Noida is preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience is not mandatory ; freshers can apply.

Candidates must be comfortable travelling within Greater Noida for property visits and related work. This is not a Work From Home / Remote position.
