Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:
nThe Senior Software Engineer I is responsible for developing high-quality, creative, fully performing software in compliance with coding standards. This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards.

Provides support to the Engineering teams, with a high attention to detailn
Researches, analyzes, and documents findingsn
May influence others within the Software Engineering team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practicesn
Designs, builds, and maintains large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systemsn
Works on systems critical to company's current and future operationsn
Debugs production issues across services and multiple levels of the stackn
Assists with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processesn




Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of softwaren
Evaluates codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systemsn
Maintains an understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in qualified conferences, workshops, and/or groupsn

nKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Advanced .NET Engineering: Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying robust applications utilizing the .NET Framework ecosystem.n
Object-Oriented Design (OOD): Demonstrated expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.n
Relational Database Management: Solid hands-on experience with relational databases, featuring adva
