Role Overview We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented Group Product Manager / Product Manager to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, brand planning, and campaign execution for our growing pharmaceutical division.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive product market share.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including new product launches, positioning, and portfolio rationalization.
Formulate continuous communication strategies, scientific promotional inputs, and visual aids for the field force.
Track market dynamics, competitor intelligence, prescriber trends, and internal sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular field work, cycle meetings, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagements to ensure strategy implementation.
Collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to align inventory and demand forecasts.
