Job Summary

Ashok Metal Crafts is looking for a responsible and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to operate our 6-wheel commercial vehicles for the transportation and delivery of goods within Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence and driver badge, along with relevant experience in driving 6-wheel vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
Drive and operate 6-wheel heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
Transport and deliver company products to customers and destinations across Kerala.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips.
Maintain the vehicle in valuable condition and report any issues immediately.
Ensure proper handling and safety of goods during transportation.
Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
Maintain necessary vehicle and delivery documents.

Requirements
Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV)



Licence – Mandatory
Valid Driver Badge – Mandatory
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Experience driving 6-wheel commercial/heavy vehicles.
Good knowledge of Kerala roads and routes.
Willingness to travel across Kerala for deliveries.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Experience in goods transportation will be an advantage.
