Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Green Building (Civil) Trainer with proficiency in Telugu. The trainer will deliver online sessions on green building concepts, sustainable construction practices, and relevant civil engineering standards, using Telugu as the primary language of instruction.

Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and presentations, conducting interactive classes, clarifying technical concepts, and guiding learners through practical examples and case studies. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and updating content to align with current industry trends and best practices.



Collaboration with the SkillDzire team to improve course structure and learner engagement is expected.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and green building concepts, including sustainable materials, energy-efficient design, and environmental regulations.
Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and engage learners in an online environment.
Proficiency in Telugu for instruction and communication, with adequate command of English for materials, documentation, and coordination.
Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for delivering remote training, managing content, and tracking learner progress.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; certifications or coursework in sustainability or green building are an advantage.
Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with a learner-focused approach and willingness to update knowledge as industry practices evolve.
Prior industry experience in construction, building design, or sustainability projects is beneficial.
