Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Lawrbit Global Compliance Network located in Jaipur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for implementing and managing the corporate governance/compliance control framework, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate governance and compliance management
- Knowledge of regulatory intelligence and laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Professional qualification as a Company Secretary
- Experience in the legal or compliance industry is a plus
