About The Role

Head of Marketing (In office, Coimbatore) The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function at VMax, driving brand, growth, and customer engagement strategies. This strategic leadership role requires 10–12 years of marketing experience, with a proven record of driving revenue, brand visibility, and digital presence in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments.

Roles And Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Define overall marketing vision and go-to-market strategy.
Set goals, metrics,



and budget priorities; oversee allocation of marketing spend.
Shape brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with senior leadership and other functions (Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Product).
Align marketing initiatives with customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Team & Resource Management

Build and lead a high-performance marketing team.
Recruit, mentor, and drive performance culture.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Campaign & Channel Execution

Oversee planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and partnerships.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Monitor ROI and conversion metrics; optimize tactics based on insights.

Customer & Market Insight

Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
