As part of our General Accounting team, the primary responsibilities of this role is to handle day-to-day general accounting activities and to take charge of monthly accounting close process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of an assigned account(s) or area of responsibilities within One Identity.




Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
Review and validate invoices for completeness and compliance with company policies.
Support payment processing activities and resolve payment-related issues.
Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
Assist with vendor account reconciliations and month-end activities.
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Qualifications
Diploma/degree in accounting/finance or qualified degree, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations is an added advantage
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
