Location : Bangalore Experience : 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
Ability to work own initiative
Financial & commercial awareness / valuable numerical skills.
Problem solving aptitude & ability
Relevant and demonstrable experience of a collections role. (Required)
Sap Experience
PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).
Demonstrate a customer focused orientation
Demonstrate a target focused orientation
Ability to work closely with customers & negotiation effective outcomes to their problems.
Committed approach to team work.
Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
Self-motivated and willing to learn current skills
Adaptable to a changing workplace
Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to liaise with Senior management
