We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Accounts Payable (PTP) with solid expertise in MIS Reporting, Advanced Excel and Team Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end AP/PTP operations and proven experience in leading and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process.
Handle day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing and issue resolution.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity, quality and SLA adherence.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and performance reports.
Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
Solid working knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.
Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for AP-related queries.
Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely completion of transactions.
Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvement.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
