Hello we are Hiring for a Voice and Accent trainer trainer for a leading ITES Company in Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct language and voice & accent training for employees as per organization standards.
Designing and conducting regular training on soft skills, chat etiquette & grammar.
Collating learning needs (behavioral/functional), standardize training, schedule a calendar, and conduct the training.
Monitor and provide feedback for bottom performers.
Ensure that the bottom performers move up the learning curve by means of special coaching sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in English
Min. 14 year trainer experience in BPO
Bpo Training experience
Salary - 8.5 - 10lpa Lpa Job Location - Pune
