Role & responsibilities
Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for network-related issues.
Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
Perform network installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues and provide timely resolution.
Monitor network devices using network monitoring tools.
Handle incident, service request, and problem management as per SLA.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.
Support network security policies, access controls, and firewall configurations.
Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
