We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee interior execution projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, vendors, clients, and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior projects from start to completion.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and architects.
- Manage materials, manpower, and resources effectively.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget and deadline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and project challenges.
- Prepare project updates and communicate progress to management and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior execution/project management.
