Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – HVAC/MEP & Chiller to manage complete project execution from planning to commissioning. The candidate should have robust experience in HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, MEP coordination, site execution, team management, client coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute HVAC/MEP projects from start to completion.
- Manage Chiller Plant projects, including installation, piping, pumps, cooling towers, AHU/FCU, controls, and related systems.
- Coordinate chiller installation, testing, commissioning, and performance checks.
- Review HVAC/MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Lead and manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams for timely procurement and availability of materials.
- Monitor project cost, budget, manpower, and resource utilization.
- Ensure HVAC and chiller installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Monitor quality of installation, pressure testing, insulation, piping, ducting, and equipment installation.
- Coordinate with electrical and BMS teams for chiller and HVAC controls integration.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
- Manage measurements, billing, project documentation, and completion records.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and final project handover.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and Chiller Projects.
- Excellent project planning and team-management skills.
- Strong client, consultant, contractor, and vendor coordination.
- Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site execution.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage projects within time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

6–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP Project Management, with hands-on experience in Chiller Projects.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with solid Chiller Plant and HVAC project execution experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, hospital, mall, data centre, or large infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-handling experience.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred.
