Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Project Management concepts and methodologies.

- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and project-based exercises.

- Train learners on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and project monitoring.

- Explain project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches.

- Provide hands-on training on relevant project management software and tools.

- Use real-world project examples and case studies to explain project management concepts.

- Train students on project scope, timelines, cost, quality, resources, communication, and stakeholder management.

- Explain project risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring techniques.

- Conduct assessments, assignments, practical exercises, and project evaluations.

- Mentor learners in developing and managing project plans and documentation.

- Guide students in applying project management concepts to real-world projects.





- Keep training content updated according to current industry practices and methodologies.

- Maintain student attendance, performance records, assessment results, and training documentation.

- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve learner outcomes.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, processes, and methodologies.

- Good understanding of Project Planning, Scheduling, Cost Management, and Resource Management.

- Knowledge of Risk Management and Stakeholder Management.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:

- Microsoft Project

- Jira

- Trello / Asana

- Primavera P6

- Ability to develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and reports.

- Robust presentation and classroom management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to explain complex project management concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹2,142,276.61 per year
