We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of AI product initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to track deliverables, maintain project documentation, follow up on action items, monitor project progress, and ensure key activities are completed on time.

The role requires someone who is highly structured, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a solid willingness to follow established project management processes and take ownership of assigned tasks

Location: Hyderabad

Work timings : 2 PM to 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist project managers in tracking project tasks, deliverables, owners, timelines, and milestones to ensure activities remain on track.
- Maintain project trackers, action-item logs, status reports, meeting notes, and other project documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactively follow up with team members on pending tasks, commitments, and deliverables and ensure updates are captured.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays, blockers, risks, and dependencies to the project manager in a timely manner.
- Support cross-functional coordination by collecting updates, clarifying pending actions, and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need.
- Organize project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, documenting action items, and following up on outstanding items.
- Translate project discussions and requirements into clear, structured, and actionable tasks.




- Follow established project management processes and ensure required steps are completed without missing details or cutting corners.
- Support project managers with project reports, presentations, data management, scheduling, and other execution activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, and repetitive activities through automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Participate in project reviews and retrospectives and contribute practical ideas to improve project execution and workflows.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or upcoming graduate in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured and disciplined manner and consistently follow defined processes.
- Strong ability to track tasks, follow up with people, and drive action items toward completion.
- Basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals and Agile/Scrum concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to take information from discussions or requirements and organize it into clear, actionable tasks and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello,



Asana, Notion, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to automation, AI tools, workflow automation, or process improvement is a plus.
- Strong ownership, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while keeping project managers informed of progress and issues.
