Navavedam Ventures is actively searching for a proficient and seasoned Villa Construction Project Head to join our dynamic team. We require an individual with an impressive track record in successfully overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience collaborating with reputable builders within the real estate sector.

Location: Bangalore, Old Madras Road

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of residential construction projects, including Villas, Row Houses, and Farm Houses, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and timeline objectives.
- Good understanding on new construction technologies , adoption of innovative approach in Structural, finisher's, MEP and landscaping activity in association with technical consultants.
- Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, MEP consultant, Structural Consultant , landscape and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.




- Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and manage cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide timely updates to senior management and clients.
- Mitigate risks and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions and delays.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the real estate construction industry, specifically working on Villa, Row House, and Farm House projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them within budget and on schedule.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes, with an emphasis on residential projects.
- Robust leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related issues.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with a solid understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and risk management principles.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
