Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Engineering and configuration of Honeywell EPKS / Experion PKS systems, including C300 Controller and Series C I/O.

- Develop and implement Control Modules, DCS logic, interlocks, PID loops, sequence logic, and startup/shutdown logic as per project requirements.

- Perform C300 hardware engineering, including I/O configuration, channel assignment, system cabinets, marshalling and network architecture.

- Configure SCADA points, HMI graphics, PCDI and Quick Builder for third-party system integration.

- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols including Modbus and Foundation Fieldbus.

- Prepare and review engineering documents including I/O Assignment, BOM, Cable Schedule, FDS, Logic Diagrams and Panel Drawings.

- Perform I/O database validation, bulk build, logic testing, simulation and application verification.

- Execute FAT, SAT, customer testing, loop checking and site commissioning activities.

- Troubleshoot DCS hardware,



application logic, communication and field-related issues during FAT and commissioning.

- Coordinate with customers, engineering teams and site teams to ensure project deliverables are completed as per project specifications and timelines.

- Provide site installation, testing, commissioning and plant startup support and travel to customer sites as required.
