Role & responsibilities

- Day to day coordination with the customer/User and CFT

- SCADA Projects developments and implementation

- L2 project (Integration of different make PLCs with central server for electronic data) i.e. Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider/Mitsubishi etc.

- Data storage in Historian (Proficy Historian/ Relational database as Historian)

- Modification in PLC/SCADA/HMI system as and when required

- Reports Development/ VB customization

- Working on various types of Automation software (SCADA/PLC/Historian)

- Support for the MES and Validation team

- Troubleshooting and investigation of the issues during project phase

Preferred candidate profile

- Engineer with PLC/HMI/SCADA experience 3-6 years

- Have worked on SCADA system and aware about the features, iFix SCADA is preferable.





- Have worked on Historian/SQL and aware about the features, Proficy Historian is preferable.

- Should have basic knowledge of OPC servers & Kepware.

- Should have knowledge for the different type of communication RS232, RS485, Ethernet, Modbus etc.

- Basic understanding about the Ethernet network.

- knowledge of PLC Systems such as, Rockwell, SIEMENS, Mitsubishi etc.

- Customer handling skills and valuable communication.

- Basic knowledge about the validation software category -4 & 5.

- Candidate who worked on few pharma projects will be preferable.

- Preferred Candidate Male.
