We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'Project Coordinator' who can effectively manage day-to-day coordination, communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
3. Maintain project-related records and documentation.
4. Handle day-to-day coordination and ensure timely completion of activities.
5. Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
6. Support the team in planning, organizing, and managing operational activities.
7. Resolve coordination issues and escalate concerns whenever required.
