Program Success Manager

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Travel: Approximately 18 days/month within a 150 km radius

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Success Manager to manage the successful implementation and growth of our education programs across partner schools. The role involves working closely with school leaders, teachers, School Implementation Officers, and internal teams to ensure strong program adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure effective academic program implementation across schools.
- Track program usage, student progress, and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Support and guide School Implementation Officers (SIOs).
- Manage school onboarding, training, and ongoing program support.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and administrators.
- Manage school accounts and resolve issues proactively.
- Track feedback, usage trends, and program performance using data and CRM tools.
- Drive school engagement, satisfaction, retention, and renewals.




- Conduct regular school visits and provide on-ground support.
- Work with internal teams to improve program delivery and customer experience.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in academic operations, program management, education, or EdTech.
- Experience in K12 education / school programs is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive understanding of program implementation and operations.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and prepare reports.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for school visits.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
