About AIC-GIM Foundation

AIC-GIM Foundation runs the Atal Incubation Centre at Goa Institute of Management, a joint initiative of the Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog) and GIM. We are a sector- and stage-agnostic incubator backing founders from across India. We give startups co-working space, mentoring from subject-matter experts, industry access, investment support, and a national network of events and partners.

Our aim is simple: build the strongest possible support system for entrepreneurs starting or scaling out of Goa.

About the role

We are hiring across multiple positions on our incubation team, at both junior and senior levels. Title, responsibilities, and compensation will match your experience. These are full-time, hybrid roles based in North Goa, combining in office work at the centre with some work-from-home flexibility. Depending on the opening, you could work in founder support, programs and events and stakeholder management, marketing and outreach, or operations.

What you will do

Work directly with founders and mentors, coordinate mentoring sessions and programs, run events end to end, prepare reports and documentation, manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, and help us sharpen how the incubator delivers for its startups.



Senior hires will own programs and stakeholder relationships outright and may lead a small team; those earlier in their careers will support and coordinate while learning the ecosystem from the inside.

Every role comes back to one thing: giving founders high-quality support and strengthening the ecosystem around them.

What you bring

Strong communication and people skills, and the confidence to work with founders, mentors, and partners. Sharp organizational and coordination ability across events, programs, and many moving parts at once. A bias for initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-moving environment.

Comfort with everyday digital tools for communication, documentation, and project management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field. We welcome applicants across the experience range, from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals; exposure to startups, incubation, or innovation ecosystems is a plus at any level.

Above all, a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and the drive to keep learning.
