Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Program Manager – Online Tuition Program to manage and coordinate the complete online tuition program.

The Program

Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving online classes while coordinating with teachers, students, parents, academic teams, and management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills , along with an understanding of online education platforms and academic operations. Key Responsibilities1.

Program

ManagementPlan and manage the complete online tuition program. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly academic schedules. Ensure smooth execution of online classes as per the planned timetable. Monitor overall program performance and achieve academic targets. Coordinate with management to implement recent academic initiatives. 2.

Teacher

CoordinationRecruit, onboard, and coordinate with online tutors/teachers. Prepare teacher schedules and class allocations. Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and class performance. Ensure teachers follow the required teaching methodology and curriculum. Collect feedback from teachers and address operational issues. 3.

Student

ManagementMonitor student enrollment, attendance, participation, and academic progress. Coordinate with students regarding class schedules, assignments, tests, and examinations. Identify students who require additional academic support. Maintain regular communication with students and parents. 4.

Parent

CoordinationCommunicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and attendance. Handle parent queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.



Arrange parent-teacher meetings whenever required. Maintain positive relationships with parents and ensure customer satisfaction. 5.

Academic

OperationsCoordinate lesson plans, study materials, assignments, tests, and assessments. Ensure online classes are conducted effectively through the designated platform. Monitor the quality of recorded and live classes. Track academic results and prepare performance reports. Coordinate remedial and special classes when required.

- Technology & Online Platform CoordinationEnsure teachers and students are able to use the online learning platform effectively. Coordinate with the technical team for login, connectivity, audio/video, and platform-related issues. Monitor online class sessions and resolve operational problems quickly. Ensure proper usage of digital learning tools and resources.
- Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly program reports. Maintain records of student enrollment, attendance, teacher performance, and academic results. Track program revenue, expenses, and operational performance where applicable. Present program performance reports to management.
- Team ManagementLead and coordinate the online tuition program team. Set responsibilities and targets for team members. Conduct regular review meetings. Motivate team members and improve overall productivity. Resolve internal operational issues effectively.
- Quality & Performance ImprovementMonitor the quality of online tuition services. Collect feedback from students, parents, and teachers. Identify gaps in the program and implement corrective actions. Develop strategies to improve student retention, satisfaction, and academic performance.
