Experience Range : 8-10 Years

Must-Have Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL, Autosys, Control-M, Production support, ITIS

Lead L2/L3 production support teams across multiple locations and shifts.

Own major incident management, bridge calls, war-room coordination, stakeholder communication, and service restoration.

Drive root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and preventive actions to reduce recurring incidents.

Act as the primary technical escalation point for production issues impacting business operations.

Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, and Business teams for issue resolution and platform stability.

Drive automation, monitoring enhancements, operational efficiency initiatives, and incident reduction programs.

Review production changes, releases, deployments, and DR/BCP activities.

Mentor support engineers and establish strong knowledge management practices.

Solid understanding of

Regulatory Reporting (EMIR, SFTR, MiFID, Transaction Reporting, Regulatory Controls)

Central Funding & Liquidity Management
