– Production Supervisor & Quality Control

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities for crusher machines and components.
- Plan manpower, materials, machines, and production schedules to meet targets.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and finishing processes.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and ensure production is as per specifications.
- Check critical dimensions, welding quality, alignment, fitment, and assembly.
- Identify defects, control rework/rejection, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct final inspection and testing before dispatch.
- Maintain production, inspection, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.E.



/ B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
- 2–4 years experience in crusher, heavy engineering, fabrication, machinery manufacturing, or similar industries.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of crusher/machinery manufacturing.
- Engineering drawing reading.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and team coordination.

Key Responsibility To achieve production targets while ensuring the required quality, safety, and timely delivery of machines. Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
