We are looking for an experienced Network Security professional with strong hands-on expertise across Enterprise IT Network Security and OT/ICS Security.
The ideal candidate will have experience securing manufacturing and plant-floor environments, while balancing cybersecurity requirements with operational uptime, safety, compliance, and regulatory constraints.
?️ Mandatory Skills
✅ 10–12 years of experience in Network Security
✅ Hands-on experience across IT & OT/ICS environments
✅ Firewalls, Network Segmentation, VPN, NAC, IDS/IPS
✅ Secure Remote Access Architecture
✅ IEC 62443 / NIST SP 800-82
✅ Purdue Model
✅ SCADA / PLC / DCS / HMI environments
✅ Azure / Entra ID or equivalent Cloud Network Security
✅ NIST CSF 2.0
✅ SIEM / MDR & Incident Response
✅ Strong documentation and technical communication skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
➕ Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Regulated Manufacturing experience
➕ GxP / Validated Systems / DSCSA exposure
➕ CISSP / GICSP / CCNP Security / CCNA
➕ ISA/IEC 62443 certification
➕ Experience working with MDR / SOC partners
➕ Privileged Access Management (PAM)
➕ Identity lifecycle management for network and OT assets
