About the Role
Trigent Software is hiring a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering services division. In this Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role, you will be a permanent employee of Trigent Software, deployed onsite to work with our premier global client.

We are looking for core Mechanical Design/Product Design professionals who leverage PTC Creo as their primary design tool to create robust engineering solutions, detailed 3D models, and manufacturing-ready drawings.

Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and optimize complex 3D parametric models, assemblies, and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo.
Apply sound mechanical design principles to product development, component detailing, and feature modifications.
Ensure engineering drawings comply with GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), drafting standards,



and manufacturing feasibility guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design components for industries such as Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering.
Perform stack-up analysis, fitment checks, and design updates based on client requirements or shop floor feedback.

Requirements:
Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Required).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in core Mechanical Product Design or Design Engineering.
CAD Expertise: Advanced, daily hands-on experience using PTC Creo (Parts, Assemblies, Detailing, and Sheet Metal/Surfacing preferred).
Domain Knowledge: Solid fundamentals in mechanical engineering components, materials, manufacturing processes, and drafting standards.
Industry Background: Prior experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, or Heavy Engineering.
