We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team and work on enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
Experience: 7–11 Years
Location: Pan India / Bangalore
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: Up to ₹1.75 LPM

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, Salesforce Flow, and scalable Salesforce architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, and Asynchronous Apex.
Work on Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, and Web-to-Case.
Develop case assignment and routing solutions based on business requirements.




Build reusable Lightning components and effective agent/user experiences using LWC.
Design and implement secure integrations using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, configuration, and integration services.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
Contribute to CI/CD, Git, automated testing, source control, release management, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
Establish monitoring and observability for integrations, automation, and critical workflows.
