KSR Brothers is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant – Projects & Coordination to work closely with senior management from our new Gurgaon office.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The person will act as a central point of coordination between management, clients, consultants, project teams, vendors, and the office, helping ensure that important conversations and project actions are followed through.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with senior management on day-to-day business and project coordination.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams on behalf of management.
•⁠ ⁠Handle and respond to important calls, messages, and correspondence as required.
•⁠ ⁠Track the status of ongoing projects, pending decisions, approvals, drawings, quotations, and follow-ups.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clear record of commitments and action points arising from meetings and client discussions.




•⁠ ⁠Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and project requirements are being addressed.
•⁠ ⁠Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, calls, and appointments.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare meeting notes, basic presentations, correspondence, and project-related documentation.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure important matters are brought to management’s attention and followed through to closure.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with other business and coordination requirements as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable interacting professionally with senior clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠Highly organized and able to follow multiple projects and conversations simultaneously.
•⁠ ⁠Confident on phone calls and capable of representing senior management professionally.
