Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models for
fraud detection and prevention.
* Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and emerging
threats.
* Monitor model performance, recalibrate thresholds, and recommend
improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into operational
systems.
* Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders on fraud trends and
model effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data
Science, or related field.
* Solid knowledge of fraud risk management concepts and industry best
practices.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data analysis and modeling.
* Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., logistic regression,
decision trees, gradient boosting).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Prior experience in BFSI fraud analytics is preferred.
