8+ years of strong core Java development experience with solid knowledge of Java development frameworks and software engineering principles.
Candidates who can review, validate, and refine AI-generated code produced using tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
Ability to validate AI-generated code against requirement specifications, identify gaps or issues, and refactor the code in line with software engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience using AI agents across the SDLC, including the various agents for: Requirement/specification analysis, Coding and development, Code review and validation.
2 years of practical experience working with AI-assisted development/AI agents, including creating or configuring Agents, Claude skills for SDLC.
Exposure to OpenSpec or SpecIT tools and similar for Specification-Driven Development (SDD) approaches.
Solid understanding of Java development frameworks, coding standards, design patterns, software engineering principles, and SDLC practices.
