Key things we're screening for the candidate must be deeply hands-on across React/Next.js, Go, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Mobile Application development and AWS/Azure. More importantly,



they need to be genuinely proactive and AI native in how they work day to day. That last bit is non-negotiable for us.
