Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-caller – Software role based in Delhi. The Tele-caller will engage with existing and potential clients over the phone to introduce Adviacent’s software, backup, and cloud service offerings, answer basic product and service queries, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with the sales or technical teams. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate call logs and customer records, and updating the CRM with lead and opportunity information.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to share customer feedback, following call scripts and guidelines, and meeting targets related to call volume, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, explicit telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.
Candidates should possess basic understanding of IT services, including software, backup, cloud solutions, and email systems.
Candidates should possess skills in customer service, relationship building, and handling objections in a professional manner.
