Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Nagpur. The Sales Representative will engage with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare partners to promote the group’s healthcare, food, and laundry service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales visits and presentations, explaining service benefits and pricing, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients,



managing contract renewals, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. The Sales Representative will also track sales activities, update CRM or sales reports, and contribute to sales targets and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build relationships and close deals.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with clear, professional spoken and written English and local language proficiency.
Basic knowledge of healthcare operations, hospitality, or service industries; familiarity with hospital support services is an advantage.
Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and work with sales metrics and reporting tools.
Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Nagpur, and readiness to travel locally as needed.
Proficiency with MS Office (
