Responsibilities

Job Summary

Provide post-sales technical support for Keysight Network Visibility and Security Solutions across India and APAC, including troubleshooting, deployment guidance, issue resolution, and best-practice recommendations.

This role requires expertise in NPBs, Bypass Switches, Cloud Visibility, Security Infrastructure, and enterprise network architectures,



while collaborating with customers, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Professional Services to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Keysight Network Visibility and Security products across APAC.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across NPBs, Bypass Switches, TAPs, Visibility Nodes, and related appliances.
Analyze PCAPs, logs, and diagnostics to identify and resolve customer issues.
Support deployment, configuration, upgrades, migration, and maintenance of visibility infrastructure.
Guide customers on high-availability, traffic filtering, load balancing, and traffic optimization designs.
Integrate visibility solutions with IDS/IPS, NDR, SIEM, APM, NPM, and observability tools.
Support cloud visibility across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
