Role Description The Technical Key Account Manager – API is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on managing and growing key customer accounts that rely on eShipz’s API integrations, acting as a technical and business liaison. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating API onboarding and integration, troubleshooting technical issues,
and ensuring smooth platform usage for key accounts. The role involves building long-term relationships with strategic customers, conducting regular account reviews, and identifying opportunities for upselling or process improvements. The Technical Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
