Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for driving sales of stainless steel fasteners by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing and presenting product proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and following up to close deals. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction,



maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, and provide regular market feedback to support strategic planning. The role also involves attending industry events, conducting competitor and market analysis, and supporting the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or fasteners.
Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfort working on-site and meeting clients across Delhi and nearby regions.
Knowledge of stainless steel fasteners or related industrial products is an advantage.
