Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding programs for current field sales executives.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job field training sessions.
Coach sales representatives through market visits, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback.
Train teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, SOPs, compliance, and company policies.




Identify skill gaps through performance analysis and recommend targeted learning interventions.
Develop and update training content, playbooks, SOPs, and learning materials.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve team productivity and achieve business targets.
Support new product launches and process changes through timely training programs.
Track and report training completion, certification, and impact on key business metrics.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relate
