Role Overview:

The Hostel Warden is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring discipline, safety, and a comfortable living workplace for residents. The role involves supervision, administration, and coordination to maintain smooth functioning of hostel activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage hostel residents, ensuring discipline and adherence to rules and regulations.
Maintain a protected, secure, and hygienic hostel environment.
Monitor entry and exit of students and maintain attendance records.
Address and resolve student concerns, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
Coordinate with management regarding maintenance, housekeeping, and security requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Ensure proper implementation of hostel policies and guidelines.
Maintain records related to occupancy, visitors, and incidents.




Organize meetings or activities to promote a positive living setting.
Handle emergency situations and report incidents to higher authorities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Prior experience as Hostel Warden / Residential Supervisor preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to stay on campus .
