Hostel Study Staff – MVM Erode Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during hostel study hours.
Monitor homework, assignments and daily revision.
Clarify academic doubts and provide subject support.
Help students prepare for tests and examinations.
Identify students needing additional academic support.
Maintain discipline and a focused study setting.
Track students’ academic progress and report concerns.
Coordinate with school teachers and the academic coordinator.
Encourage valuable study habits, time management and independent learning.
Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with valuable subject knowledge and prior experience handling school students.
