Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
Support day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment records.
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview and selection status.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
