Key Responsibilities – Head Teacher, Preschool
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and activity-based lessons.
Plan daily learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Create a warm, protected, and stimulating classroom setting.
Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Use play-based and experiential learning approaches effectively.
Observe and assess children’s progress and provide appropriate support.
Manage classroom behaviour positively and encourage positive habits.
Develop children’s communication, creativity, confidence, and independence.
Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure consistent and effective teaching.
Maintain positive and regular communication with parents about children’s learning and development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
