Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Design and implement employee learning and development strategies
Assess training needs and create annual training calendars
Conduct leadership, behavioural, soft skills, and career development programmes
Partner with business leaders to identify capability-building prospects
Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Employee Coaching & Mentoring
Act as a senior coach and trusted Human Resources (HR) partner for employees
Guide employees on career development, performance improvement, and workplace challenges
Support managers in handling employee concerns and development planning
Facilitate career conversations and succession planning initiatives




Employee Engagement
Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programmes
Conduct employee feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and focus groups
Develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements
Experience in learning and development, employee engagement, coaching, or a related HR function
Ability to design and conduct leadership, behavioural, soft skills, and professional development programmes
Solid coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to assess employee feedback and training effectiveness and recommend appropriate improvement initiatives
