Job Summary

We are looking for an Import & Export Intern to support our international business and trade operations. The role will provide practical exposure to import and export documentation, coordination, communication, and day-to-day international business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with import and export documentation and record maintenance.
Support the team in coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
Assist with follow-ups related to international business transactions.
Support preparation and maintenance of trade-related documents and records.
Assist with basic coordination of shipments and logistics activities.
Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation and operational requirements.
Support day-to-day activities related to international trade operations.
Learn and assist with applicable import and export procedures.





Candidate Requirements
Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good documentation and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Basic understanding of import and export procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn international business and trade operations.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with a team.
