HR Recruiter Intern Work From Home

About the Internship

We are looking for HR Recruiter Interns who want practical exposure to recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on live hiring requirements, interact with candidates, coordinate interviews, and learn the complete recruitment cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and references.
Screen profiles based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Manage candidates from sourcing to selection and joining.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
Work on live IT & ITES hiring requirements.
Achieve assigned sourcing and hiring targets.
Learn and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Performance-Based Earnings

No Fixed Stipend
500 per successful Voice Process hire
250 per successful Non-Voice Process hire

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Graduate or undergraduate
Strong interest in HR and Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction
Self-driven and target-oriented
Laptop and secure internet connection mandatory

Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Work From Home
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timings: 9:30 AM 4:00 PM
