Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) policies at project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company HSE standards, and client requirements.
Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor work permits, lifting operations, work at height, excavation activities, and other high-risk operations.
Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure a protected working workplace.
Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety procedures across the site.
Support emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and crisis management plans.
