What You'll Do
You’ll help shape and evolve the technical learning curriculum for BCG X Delivery, partnering with a Senior Manager, X Delivery leaders,



and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate them into relevant, scalable learning experiences. You’ll ensure our curriculum keeps pace with advances in AI, new tools, and evolving role expectations across X Delivery.

Working across a global remit, you’ll connect learning priorities across Build and Global Delivery and turn them into practical learning journeys. You’ll combine curriculum development with hands-on program leadership, using learner feedback and business data to continually improve the learning experience.
Shape and evolve learning journeys across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced formats.
Partner with Delivery leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and prioritize curriculum investments.
Build scalable learning pathways tailored to the needs of Build and Global Delivery populations.
