We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and QA engineers, to deliver robust software solutions that align with our business objectives.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers, drive engineering best practices, and contribute to architectural and design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based applications and microservices.
Architecture & Design: Participate in architectural discussions, design system components, and ensure the technical feasibility of system designs.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement automated testing (unit, integration, and performance testing).
Performance Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
CI/CD & DevOps: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, configuration management, and monitoring.
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development effort.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Java Expertise: Solid proficiency in Java (version 11/17/21) with a deep understanding of core concepts like multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and JVM tuning.
Spring Ecosystem: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
