- We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Sheet Metal Design &
- Production Executive to handle sheet metal design and development, production activities, shop-floor coordination, and supplier/vendor coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, timely task completion, and effective coordination between design, production, floor-shop employees, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Sheet Metal Design &
- Development:
- Design and develop sheet metal components and products according to project and production requirements.
- Prepare and modify CAD designs and assembly drawings as required.
- Ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to address design-related issues during manufacturing.
Production Management
- Monitor and coordinate machine production activities.
- Ensure production tasks are completed according to planned requirements and timelines.
- Follow up on production activities and identify operational issues that may affect productivity.
- Coordinate with shop-floor employees to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
Shop-Floor &
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate with ground staff and floor-shop employees regarding daily production activities.
- Assign and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor work progress and communicate production requirements to the relevant team members.
- Resolve routine production-related issues through effective coordination.
Supplier &
- Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for production-related requirements.
- Follow up on material, component, and service requirements as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with external suppliers and vendors to support uninterrupted production.
